To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact us page with your order number and the reason for the refund request. Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. We may request that you provide photos of the damaged product to expedite the resolution process.
